The former US president, Barack Obama has reacted to Nigeria’s Seun Osowobi’s name on TIME’s 2019 list of 100 rising stars that are shaping the future of business, entertainment, sports, politics, science, health and more.
OSG earlier reported that Osowobi was among the three Nigerians in the list.
Taking to his social media page, Obama revealed that he is proud to see Osowobi, who is an Obama Foundation Fellow, on the list. According to him, her work represents what his foundation is about.
Proud to see Oluwaseun @AyodejiOsowobi in this list. She’s an @ObamaFoundation Leader who’s organizing young people in Nigeria to help end sexual violence, and her work embodies what our foundation is all about: passing the baton to the next generation. https://t.co/JSkUnRtaoD
