The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has scheduled Thursday, March 28 to hold the supplementary governorship election in Adamawa State.
INEC announced this on their Twitter page on Tuesday after the court lifted the restriction on the commission to conduct the re-run.
Adamawa State Resident Commission, Kassim Gaidam said the commission is ready and has made arrangement for the polls tomorrow.
A State High Court in Yola, Adamawa had vacated its earlier order restraining INEC from conducting the governorship supplementary election in the state.
INEC also said that 44 polling units will take part in the exercise which will take place between 8 am and 2pm in 29 Registration Areas.
