Last weekend at the posh residence of Nigeria’s premier husband-and-wife act, Tunde and Wunmi Obe also known as T.W.O, music star 9ice, Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and famous dancer Kaffy brought the house down with a number of hilarious improvised dance routines during a private listening party for the new album T.W.O Plus.
The event, which also had Femi Kuti, Ras Kimono, Tosyn Bucknor and others in attendance, featured the ‘Who is Who’ in the Nigerian entertainment industry, as celebrities from music, film and media enjoyed champagne and barbecue amidst music from DJ Jimmy Jatt.
In the midst of the fun, the merry trio decided to step it up a notch as they got up to dance. No doubt encouraged by the pumping beats from DJ Jimmy Jatt, the dancing fever got progressively hotter and soon other guests got up and joined in on the wriggly action on the dance floor.
Others present at the event included Dele Esan, Essence, Gbemi Olateru Olagbegi, Kenny Saint Brown, Yeni Kuti, Labi Olayori, Tony Okoroji, Funke Kuti, Yinka Davies and many others.
