Rubbin’ Minds, Nigeria’s most watched youth-oriented television show, hosted members and supporters of the Presidential campaigns of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), President Goodluck Jonathan and that of All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari to a debate on Sunday 8th March, 2015.
The show, which was moderated by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu featured from #TeamGEJ, New York-based social commentator and self-styled security expert, Mukhtar Daniyan (@MrAyeDee), Anthony Ehilebo of the PDP presidential campaign and Demola Rewaju, coordinator of the PDP Youth Support group.
#TeamBuhari, however had Akintunde Oyebode (@AO1379), Ismail Ahmed, Chairman, APC Youth Forum and Ikem Isiekwene of Act Now Nigeria.
The debate centered on security, economy, clamour for change, resolve for continuity, among others.
The interesting debate was facilitated to enable voters know the core issues that should determine their voting pattern at the polls.
