The missing Malaysian Airline flight MH370 which went missing on March 8, 2014 has today been declared by the Malaysian government as an accident and all the passengers on board have been presumed dead.
The aircraft which was en route Beijing went missing and even though there was a intensive international search in the Indian Ocean which spanned months.
The 239 people who were on board the flight are now officially presumed dead. This announcement by the government means that the airline is now compelled to pay compensation to the families of the victims.
