In fresh and rather unfortunate news, the town of Baga has been hit in fresh attacks by Boko Haram. News coming in estimate that about 2,000 people have been feared killed in streets as the insurgents fired freely on civilians.
Just three days ago, insurgents took over the military base in Baga, a small fishing town in Borno state.
Bodies reportedly lay dead all over streets in Baga. Boko Haram is now believe to control well over 70% of Borno state.
