Davido has finally cleared the air once and for all. After Davido got his BET Award “Best International Act: Africa” it was a trending topic on social media that winners are given the honours backstage and not on the main stage like top international acts. When 2Face Idibia and Wizkid won, their awards were presented via a taping, basically a TV presenter talked to them about various topics and presented the awards to them. But the game has since changed, the “Best International Act: Africa” and “Best International Act: UK” winners get their awards via the pre-show (the show before the show) At an event to celebrate the BET nominees and winner held yesterday Wednesday 15th July 2014, Davido addressed the reports with Channels TV.
