Customers with devices such as phones, TV sets, audio visual devices, digital cameras, I.T products and home appliances will get Free Servicing or Upgrade t the Palms, Lekki & Ikeja City Mall starting Thursday 26th – Saturday 28th June 2014 from 10AM – 7PM daily with the Dr. Samsung Free Service Campaign.
Any Samsung customer can walk into any of the special centers with his/her device and Samsung SmartCare engineers will be waiting to service or upgrade your devices Free of Charge.
For Customers with Large Products
If you have a large device like a refrigerator, washing machines, air conditioners and colour TVs over 22?; the SmartCare team will service them at the customers’ homes.
For Customers with Small Products
If you have smaller products like audio systems, DVDs, microwave ovens and 22? TV sets, take them to the special Samsung SmartCare centers for servicing.
Please Note: Dr. Samsung offers free service or upgrade of all products bought in Nigeria which and are under warranty plus a 50% discount for spare parts on out of warranty items.
