After becoming a household name amongst Tinsel fans, Linda Ihuoma Ejiofor is gradually spreading her tentacles to new audiences across the rest of the world, carrying along a never been seen individuality amongst film lovers.
Well known for her role as “Bimpe” on MNET Africa’s weekly soap Opera, Model and Actor, Linda Ejiofor is not one to leave her options closed
For over five years, the diverse act Born Linda (pronounced Leeeen-da) Ihuoma Ejiofor was a student of Sociology at the University of Port Harcourt with a determination that upon graduation working in advertising will be her first alternative. A few years down the lane, fate would hand Linda a chance at acting- A new TV series called for auditions and Linda in the company of a friend decided to try out for it.
In 2008, Ejiofor went on to launch as “Bimpe” on Tinsel, and gradually became a darling amongst TV fans.
Since launching on our TV screens, Linda has made it her business to improve her art, gradually rising from an insignificant role to a major role on Tinsel. It is no wonder she was contacted to play the role of Ejura in Rita Dominic’s first production “The Meeting”.
Her portrayal of Ejura in the Mildred Okwo directed flick received positive reviews and Linda is set to become a regular face on the big screen.
When not working, Ms. Ejiofor is an avid reader and enjoys watching movies. She also loves to play volleyball and explore new places.
