Ahead of the prestigious Lord’s Achievers Awards 2024, Lord’s London Dry Gin, a premium spirit brand manufactured by Grand Oak hosted the 2024 honorees of the Lord’s Achievers Awards in Lagos over the weekend.
The event, which served as a precursor to the main awards ceremony scheduled for the 14th of September, themed “Celebrating Emerging Icons”. It provided the honorees with an opportunity to connect with one another and the team behind Lord’s London Dry Gin, deepen their understanding of the brand’s mission and values, as well as the rigorous selection criteria that identified them as this year’s trailblazers.
Guests were welcomed into the sophisticated ambiance of Level Lagos, where they indulged in a carefully curated dinner and signature cocktails, showcasing the versatility of Lord’s Dry Gin.
The evening exuded a sense of camaraderie, as honorees from various fields engaged in meaningful conversations, exchanging ideas and insights with a shared sense of purpose. The Meet & Greet allowed them to gain insights into the values that Lord’s Dry Gin embodies and the vision behind the Lord’s Achievers Awards.

The introduction of an innovative Guala cap, coupled with a sleek design update, marks a new chapter for the brand. This rebranding reflects Lord’s Dry Gin’s ongoing pursuit of quality and modernity, reinforcing its position as a leading brand in the market.
The 2024 award recipients are as follows; Kennedy Ekezie-Joseph (Technology), The Online Banker (Finance), Ibquake (Literature), Layi Wasabi (Entertainment), Adejoke Lasisi (Fashion), Dr. Kelechi Okoro (Healthertainer) (Health), Segun Adegoke (Agriculture), Femi Aluko (Start-up), Fola David (Arts) and Solomon Ayodele (Social Development). The event will be hosted by renowned actor and filmmaker Daniel Etim Effiong, alongside celebrated media personality Kaylah Oniwo.
