Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, has encouraged Nigerians, particularly the youth, to remain hopeful in the face of the country’s numerous challenges.
In tweets commemorating the Easter and Ramadan celebrations, Obi wished Christians a happy celebration and prayed for the message and blessings of the resurrection to remain with them.
He also extended special greetings and prayers to Muslim brothers and sisters observing the Ramadan fasting period.
Despite the challenges and tribulations faced by the country, Obi urged Nigerians to remain united and trust in the mercies and benevolence of God Almighty, while also praying for a better and more equitable Nigeria, characterized by peace, unity, accountable leadership, and prosperity.
