With over 25 years of experience in international development, she is a globally recognized serial entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and consultant.
Nwuneli is also the founder of LEAP Africa and sits on the boards of over 7 organizations.
Her remarkable achievements have been recognized with major continental and global awards, including the Harvard Business School Alumni Achievement Award in 2021, as well as being listed among Forbes’ 20 Youngest Power Women In Africa in 2011.
Nwuneli’s work across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors has been focused on designing and executing high-impact initiatives, ranging from policy and strategy development to organizational design, ecosystem solutions, and growth.
