Fasoranti endorses Sanwo-Olu’s re-election
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State, has received an endorsement for his re-election bid from Reuben Fasoranti, a former leader of Afenifere.

In a statement issued by Gboyega Akosile, the chief press secretary to the governor, Fasoranti praised Sanwo-Olu for the “requisite experience” he has acquired to govern the state effectively. Fasoranti stated that the governor’s “giant strides” must be maintained for Lagos State’s consistent growth.

He believes that having an All Progressives Congress (APC) governor would benefit Lagos when Bola Tinubu becomes the president of the nation. Fasoranti urged the people of Lagos State to vote en masse for Sanwo-Olu in the gubernatorial election scheduled for March 18.

Other candidates running for governorship include Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party (LP) and Olajide Adeniran of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
