The Labour Party, gubernatorial candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour was on site to show his support to victims who lost valuables to the fire at Akere Market, Ajegunle.

Gbadebo said in a tweet “This is most unfortunate. Our politics should be about ideas, not violence.”

“Lagos is built on harmony and cooperation, it is the center of excellence, despicable violence & fanning the flames of ethnic tension has no place in this beautiful state.” He added.

The gubernatorial candidate left smiles on the faces of the crowd after his 15 Million Naira donation to the victims of the fire incident.
