Nigeria’s Flying Eagles prepare to take on the scorpions of Gambia for a spot in the 2023 Total Energies U-20 African Cup of Nations.
Flying Eagles who had a shaky start to the tournament after their loss to the high-flying Senegalese team have never looked back ever since.

Their opponent Gambia defeated South Sudan 5-0 to secure their place in the semi-final and will be looking at making it into the Final for the first time in their country’s history.
The Flying Eagles led by Ladan Bosso are aiming for an eighth win in the competition.
The winner between Nigeria and Gambia will face either Tunisia or Senegal. Both semi-final games will take place on the 6th of March 2023. The final will be staged at the Cairo stadium on the 11th of March, 2023.
