Prominent businessman and popular auto dealer Alhaji Chief Lanre Akanni Shittu (Chairman of Lanre Shittu Motors) has passed on.
Former Senate president, Abubakar Bukola Saraki confirms the news via his Instagram page.
He wrote “I am deeply saddened by the loss of the chairman and owner of Lanre Shittu Motors, Alh. Olanrewaju Rasak Shittu.

“I offer my heartfelt condolences to his family and pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants him a place in Al Jannah Firdaus. During this difficult time, my thoughts and prayers are with the Shittu family.”
Alh. Shittu, whose company is the number one dealer for Mack Trucks in Africa turned 65 last month, January 8, 2023.
