Today we celebrate two outstanding and beautiful entrepreneurs who joined heads together to build a campaign called ‘The Boss Ladies’ to celebrate women.
For 5 years in a row, Bisola Adeniyi, founder of premium women’s wear ‘Lady Biba’ and Photographer extraordinaire, Yagazie Eguare, of Gazmadu studios have been putting women in Africa on the global stage through the work they do.
‘The Boss Ladies’ campaign has created a safe space to foster effective partnerships and collaborations between women, transform lives and businesses through powerful, beautiful images, and capture their true essence but most importantly, completely transform the way they see themselves.
The Lady Boss Portraits was launched for the first time in 2019 themed, ‘Own your story,’ which encourages women to stand up and live out their dreams.
‘Be your Beautiful’ headlined the 2020 campaign geared towards celebrating the uniqueness and beauty in every woman.
2021’s theme was ‘Be your story’, a movement to raise women to walk their walk.
While 2022 campaign tagged ‘Winning together,’ showcased amazing female relationships across different age groups, work, business dynamics, and industries.
This year’s campaign, themed ‘Beyond Borders’ is set to spotlight women who have built businesses and/or careers with global relevance/impact and also inspire more women to push beyond the borders (cultural, mental, emotional, etc.) preventing them from becoming more.
