The Lagos State Government has announced that it will be declaring certain days as work-free days for the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs). This move is aimed at making the PVC collection process more convenient for residents and to increase voter turnout in the upcoming elections.

According to the government, the work-free days will be announced in advance and will be held at designated PVC collection centers. The government has also urged employers to allow their employees to take the day off to collect their PVCs and encouraged residents to take advantage of these work-free days to collect their PVCs.
