Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari is meeting with family members of the Abuja-Kaduna train abduction in Abuja.
The Presidency, in a tweet, disclosed that Buhari is meeting with people whose relatives were abducted in the train that was attacked by t#rrorists.
Eight passengers were declared dead from the attack, about 60 persons were k#dnapped, and many others were injured when terrorists opened fire on about 970 passengers on board the train in late March.
The Kaduna-bound train derailed after explosives believed to be spread on the rail track went off close to the Rigasa area of the state.
The 6:00 p.m. train, which took off from Idu Train Station in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, hit the explosive device about 30 minutes to Rigasa train station in Kaduna at a point between Katari and Rijana community.
