A former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Lagos, Chief Mrs. Kemi Nelson is dead.
Kemi Nelson who was popularly dubbed Yeye-Sewa of Lagos is said to have been struggling with a protracted ailment before her passing.
Kemi Nelson was a strong associate of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu the former Lagos State governor and 2023 presidential candidate of the APC.
Her death was announced by the Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Ikeja Chapter, and Chairman Conference of the 57 APC Chairmen in Lagos State, Mayegun Dally Adeokun on Sunday.
