As celebrities continue to share what the festive season is for them, Media personality Tomike Adeoye took to her Instagram page to reminisce on her motherhood journey.
The mother of one shared beautiful pictures of herself and her baby and noted that she has a lot of things to be thankful for.
She wrote,
“My first Christmas as a mother and I have soooo much to be thankful for.
“Last year my baby Tomike Adeoye was baking in the womb! I was just recovering from this the worst 3 months of my life! I no see road do shoot what is a shoot?!
“In the midst of morning sickness?? What is a shoot?? In the midst of throwing up one million times in 24hrs?? what is a shoot?? In the midst of no appetite?
“We thank God there was a shoot this year with the most beautiful and happy baby girl I’ve ever seen!
“Thank you Lord for a different Christmas! Thank you for Tomikes first Christmas! Thank you for making it a very good one! God has been so faithful!
“The devil really tried to steal my joy in multiple ways but this joyful Christmas is proof that God never forsakes His own! Thank you Lord for your strength, thank you for joy, thank you for peace.
“Thank you Jehovah Olugbeja! You have never and will never lose a battle!
“Merry Christmas once again my family members! May His joy fill our hearts in a way we’ve never experienced in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
Tomike and her husband, Tosin have welcomed their first child on 7th July 2021.
