The Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) Annual Leadership and Mentoring Conference has kicked off for the year 2021 with the theme “PLAYING BIG: TIME TO TAKE OUR PLACE. The annual program will feature several impactful conversations and events ranging from virtual mentoring roundtables to the youth panels, keynote panels, and a mentoring walk.
This year’s edition of the mentoring walk is scheduled to hold on 13th November at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos. The idea behind the Mentoring Walk is straightforward – established female leaders meet young women for a walk, during which they share thoughts on various challenges, learn about each other’s experience and build the mentee-mentor relationship.
The mentoring walk is a forerunner for the much-anticipated WISCAR’S leadership and mentoring conference; a hybrid event happening from 25th – 27th November. The conference will showcase leading women who are driving change and transformation in various fields, from politics to entrepreneurship, corporate life, and social impact. Conference attendees will also interact and network with over 30 world-class speakers, policymakers, and thought leaders.
