Nigeria records 390 cases of Covid19. This was reported by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC. It was also reported that this is the fifth day in a row that the country is recording over 300 Covid19 cases.
It is also confirmed that the figure is the highest the country has recorded since August, 23 2020 when 601 persons caught the virus. The country’s highest daily Covid19 cases so far was 745, which was recorded on June 19 2020.
The 390 cases were reported from 20 states and took the total number of cases in the country to 69,645. One person died from the virus on Monday, 7 December, 2020 making the total number of deaths 1,181.Â
64,947 have been discharged from hospitals after treatment while we have 3,517 active cases.
