A 12-year old was raped in Jigawa by 11 men and the Nigerian Police Force in Jigawa State has made progress in the case by arresting 11 suspected men listed by the victim. The Nigerian Police has also promised to charge them to court immediately after the completion of investigation.
This is indeed a huge progress; we however implore the Nigerian Police Force to see the case through to the end and to also generally apprehend the other rapists in the community.
