As Coronavirus continues to spread across the world with barely an end in sight, the most pertinent thing on the minds of employers and workers is survival. Even though the economy of the nations might slide to a recession in coming times, individuals will still continue to prioritise their safety above the accumulation of assets.
The aftermath of the pandemic promises to be a time to catalog losses and a time to rise from the ashes economically. Yet, that would be easier said than done as several crucial offices will be impacted by the spread of the disease.
Without regards to race, age, social and financial status, this disease has touched on all persons surely leading to the loss of skilled and talented personnel in sensitive positions both politically and in areas of economic importance.
Will we recover? Only time will tell but on our path we need only have a determination to forge ahead and make earth great again.
