While Lady Gaga might have lost the coveted Best Actress Drama award to Glenn Close, she didn’t leave the awards empty handed.
The singer won the the award for Best song for her composition of Shallow which was performed by herself and Bradley Cooper in the movie, A Star is born
She has now taken to Twitter to thank everyone who made it possible, starting with the Golden Globe and the cast of a star is born.
She wrote: I am so beyond grateful for this Golden Globe & honored to have won it w/ @MarkRonson @Wyattish , Anthony Rossomando and to have sang it with Bradley Cooper. I also could not be happier for Glenn Close winning tonight. She is a true legend and deserves every award. Thank you HFPA
