Nicki Minaj is supporting Pete Davidson after the Comedian posted on Instagram about not wanting to be on Earth anymore.
Pete Davidson had posted: “i really don’t want to be on this earth anymore” before deleting his Instagram.
In reply to that, Nicki Minaj wrote: “Go & give this man some love. My God,”. Many people believe the post was a subtle shade at Ariana Grande who inserted herself into the Kanye West and Drake beef.
She continued: “We can be so insensitive. God bless Kanye & Pete,
“Being flippant about mental illness speaks more about you than them. Stop saying the word love & live it. Love is an action.”]
Pete Davidson had also earlier supported Kanye West who said Ariana Grande tweets “weighed on his mental health.”
The Saturday Night Live star posted: “Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health,”
He also added: “We need people like Kanye. No one should ever point fingers at you for your bravery in speaking about mental health. I’m seriously disgusted.”
As trolls attacked her on Twitter, Minaj fired back, and once again brought up another person who dated Ariana Grande, Mac Miller.
“Imagine someone threatening to take their own life … Y’all rlly don’t care about human beings no more,
“Y’all did the same thing to Mac Miller until he died. The #FakeBandWagonHate,”
Miller died from an overdose in September.
Others who have expressed their concern for Davidson include, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jon Cryer, and Machine Gun Kelly.
Minaj frequently collaborates with Grande on music, including “Bang Bang,” “Side to Side” and this year’s “The Light is Coming,” so fans were confused and furious that she seemingly picked Davidson’s side… but the rapper quickly addressed the matter. “Ariana is my sister, y’all can’t & wont come between us. Go awf.”
