Davido expresses joy as he sells out in Mayotte

Nigerian musician, Davido, took to his Instagram to express his joy over the success of his concert on Saturday October 27, at the little island of Mayotte, a region in France. Mayotte is an archipelago (extensive group of islands) in the Indian Ocean between Madagascar and the coast of Mozambique. See post below-

Thank you Mayotte ?? ???Never heard of this place until we got booked to perform here !!We arrived two days before the show and had problem communicating with the people because of language barrier , even to order food nah wahala ! But as soon as I touched that stage last night we all spoke the same language ! IT WAS AMAZING! Music = Universal Language ?

He confessed that language was a barrier but once he got on that stage they all spoke the same language. We’re happy to see the pop-star doing great things.
