Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has expressed how much she misses her 17-year-old daughter, Michelle who recently started university education in Canada.
The actress told Punch Newspaper’s Sunday Scoop that Michelle’s absence has not been easy on her.
In her words:
“We’ve been together for 17 years before she had to go to university. Letting her go is very emotional for me. I still miss her a lot. She’s a big girl now and she’s starting her own journey in life. I have brought her up well; I have inculcated the values I want her to live by in her. I have given her the foundation and I wish her the best. She’s always in my prayers. It’s just painful that after university, she’ll probably get married”.
