A few weeks ago, WhatsApp designed a new feature that helps users know when a message is forwarded to them by including an indicator that marks it is forwarded right above the content of the message.
Now, in a new development, users of the instant messaging app, whassap, will no longer be able to forward messages to more than 20 people.
The move is said to be targeted at fighting the spread of fake news. More social networks and online platforms are said to be considering copying the move.
