Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic has advised that the quality of Nollywood films released should match the hype.
According to her, not all Nollywood movies should be in cinemas.
The actress took to her Instagram page to share a quote on why there are bad films.
Rita Dominic isn’t the first filmmaker to talk about the quality of films in the cinemas.
Earlier this year, Charles Novia , a Nigerian film maker, criticized the state of cinema in 2017, saying that the artistic quality and dramatic value of movies were horrible.
In 2017, veteran filmmaker Ego Boyo also called out Nollywood for the quality of films being produced.

In series of tweets, Boyo implied that some Nigerian filmmakers focus more on technology than quality storytelling.
