Mr 2Kay’s robbery finally has its main suspect.
Remember the pending investigations concerning musician Mr 2Kay, who was beaten and robbed after performing at 2face’s buckwild and breathless concert at Eko Hotels.

OSG can now confirm that singer Burna Boy is the main suspect wanted in connection to the robbery and assault case filed by the musician.
It all began on the 22nd of October when four armed men gained access to Mr. 2Kay’s hotel room after he mistook one of them for room service. On opening the door, they forcefully made their way into the room threatening to shoot him or his friend if they attempt raising alarm.
2Kay, who was in the company of a friend was able to engage one of the robbers in a duel before he was over powered by the gun weilding robbers who warned them to cooperate or they will be harmed.
The robbers who eventually made away with valuables which includes the singer’s clothes, jewelry, phones, perfumes, and money, leaving him totally bound, arms, legs and mouth while his friend was locked up in the bathroom.
The police clamp down on the evil perpetrators eventually led them to the arrest one of the robbers girlfriends who is identified as ‘Matejero’. Her arrest led to the capture of the others. During interrogation, the robbers confessed that they were hired by Burna Boy through his manager, Joel Kantiock.
The robbers confessed to receiving a part payment of 50,000 naira before the job and another 50,000 was paid to the robbers directly by Burna Boy when the job was done.
Burna Boy who was slated to perform at Phynofest over the weekend has gone dark after hearing of the arrest.
The police have now declared him, wanted for his alleged involvement in the attack on his colleague.
