Nickelodeon is bringing NickFest to Nigeria’s children and families.
NickFest, launches this first fun-filled experience at the Balmoral Convention Centre, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November 2017 in partnership with Maltina.
Contrary to views and objections as to why Nickelodeon will be having adult A-list music stars perform at the event, it is imperative to know and be rest assured that Nickfest is majorly for kids as is seen in the line up of activities which includes Nickelodeon superstars SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora and Friends, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Chase, Marshall, Rubble and Skye from Paw Patrol and Shimmer and Shine . These are wholesome fun icons for kids who get to meet their favorite cartoon characters. However because kids are coming with their parents and Nickelodeon wants parents to have as much fun as their kids who would be carried away with the fun activities lined up, A list musicians such as Yemi Alade, Davido, Simi and Mr. Eazi, will be performing live music to thrill parents and older adults at the event.
These artistes performing are aware that its a kids show and they will be performing in a children filled arena so only approved songs from their playlist will be performed.
NickFest is hosted by IK Osakioduwa alongside Emmanuela of Mark Angel Comedy.
Thrilling kids and parents alike, NickFest brings families together, Captivating audiences from various age groups with unique family-friendly activities.
A major highlight of NickFest is The Celebrity Slime Challenge where popular personalities get slimed green in an effort to raise awareness and funds for The North East Children’s Trust project. Children and parents have the opportunity to join the slime dunk at the Slime Zone.
