YEMI ALADE AND RICK ROSS TOAST TO THEIR NEW-FOUND LOVE WITH BELAIRE & BUMBU IN “OH MY GOSH” REMIX
It gets hot on the set of the new song of the summer
New York, NY (April 29th, 2019) Award-winning Afropop sensation Yemi Alade gets in bed with American rapper Rick Ross for the remix of her sultry classic “Oh My Gosh”.
The steamy DJ Coublon produced number sees Miss Alade gush uncontrollably over her “true lova”, megastar Rick Ross, who takes the track to a new hip-hop realm.
The video opens with Yemi announcing herself as the only object of her new love’s affection. Draped in African splendor she is joined by a legion of beautiful dancers who celebrate her new man. And despite the fact Yemi has “many toasters” admiring her, it’s Rick who “caught a flight and jumped off the jet” to make the ultimate toast to his new-found love with glasses of the music industry’s favourite tipples, Belaire sparkling wine and Bumbu rum.
Sure to be on summer pool party playlists all around the world, the track is a fun up-beat song with rhythmic African drums that got Rick and Yemi dancing. Reflecting on the electric chemistry behind the scenes, Yemi spoke about working with Rick in an episode for “The Bumbu Room”, Bumbu’s wildly popular Q&A series.

About Luc Belaire
Luc Belaire is a premium brand produced in France – the hallmark of quality in the world of fine wines. Our 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers oversee production of each bottle of Belaire at their maison in Montagny-les-Beaune, established in 1898. The line includes Belaire Gold, made in Burgundy from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir along with a cane sugar dosage, alongside Belaire’s top-selling cuvée Belaire Rosé, a unique sparkling Rosé wine from the south of France crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes – the three favorite Rosé grapes of the region – and Belaire Luxe, an elegant ‘blanc de blancs’ made exclusively from Chardonnay with a special dosage made from prized Chablis grapes in Burgundy. The newest addition to the range is Belaire Luxe Rosé, made at Belaire’s estate in Provence from a classic blend of rosé varietals and a unique addition of oak-aged Syrah. Finally, Belaire’s Fantôme (French for phantom) range houses each of its cuvées in a luminescent bottle which lights up at the touch of the button.
Bumbu Rum Co.’s heritage dates back to the 16th and 17th centuries when sailors and merchants, unsatisfied with their customary grog, added Caribbean fruits and spices to enhance their rum’s flavor, giving it the name “bumbu.” Bumbu Rum Co. launched with Original Bumbu, the Barbadian craft rum that has quickly become the world’s most decorated rum, including back-to-back “Best In Category” honors from the International Wine & Spirits Competition in Los Angeles. Original Bumbu is distinguished by its dark hue and golden metal “X” medallion, and is now far-and-away the fastest-growing brand in the ultra-premium rum category. The Bumbu portfolio also includes the recently-released Bumbu XO, a small-batch ultra-premium rum from Panama aged up to 18 years in bourbon barrels and finished in white oak sherry barrels from Andalusia, Spain. Bumbu XO is packaged in striking matte black bottle, with silver and white details and a tarnished silver “X” medallion.
