Easy $9m: Mayweather Makes Easy Work Of Tenshin Nasukawa
Floyd Meaweather has ended the year o a high note after beating kickboxing star Nasukawa, 20, in the first round of their match.
The win reportedly made him $9M richer. Mayweather knocked down Nasukawa three times before the end of the first round which led the Nasukawa’s camp to rush stop the fight with about one minute left in the first round.
Mayweather landed two left hooks and a short right ended the bout which left Nasukawa in tears.
The exhibition fight had no judges as only a knockout or technical knockout was considered a victory,according to rules which was set by Mayweather. Nasukawa was also not allowed to use his legs.
“It was all about entertainment. We had fun,” Mayweather said after the fight
“I’m still retired. I don’t look forward to coming back to boxing. I did it just to entertain fans in Japan. I’m still retired, I’m still 50-0, and Nasukawa is still undefeated and a hell of a fighter.”
Nasukawa has a 28-0 kickboxing record and a 4-0 MMA record.
