Songwriter awarded 44 million dollars in a lawsuit over Ushers “Bad girl”


According to Rolling stone, A songwriter named Daniel Marino allegedly worked on a song titled “Bad girl” back in 2001 which eventually became ushers “bad girl” song which featured on his 2004 confessions album. The songwriter claimed to have been left out of the credits and wanted what he was owed. However, Usher was not named in the lawsuit, Rolling stone reports.
