Rihanna cancels her France show due to France Terro Attack

Rihanna has been reported safe following the recent tragic attack in Nice where she was billed to perform today, July 15.

According to E! News, Riri was close to the area of the truck attack which left 84 dead and upwards of 100 injured.

Reps close to the singer have reassured the publication she is okay but her scheduled Friday night performance at the Allianz Stadium in Nice has been cancelled.

Nice’s former mayor and city official, Christian Estrosi confirmed the news as he tweeted, Tomorrow the flags of the city will be at half mast. After the cancellation of the Rihanna concert, jazz festival is canceled.

In an attack believed to be deliberate act of terrorism, a truck drove through a crowd of citizens who had gathered to watch fireworks in the city in celebration of Bastille Day, a French national holiday.
