Suicide Bomb Claims 41 Lives In Beirut

At least 41 people have been confirmed dead, with at least 200 people injured as two suicide bombings occurred in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

The bombings occurred at Burj el-Barajneh, a residential and commercial area, just around the close of the work day. The bomb blasts took place within two minutes of each other and one of the bombers is thought to have escaped on foot while the other reportedly died in the bombing.
