Scientists reveal the Real Age you start to visibly look older

Instead of our mid 30s, new research has revealed that everything goes downhill a lot younger..
According to LOOk, aging process is a never-ending minefield. When does it begin? How can we delay it? Can we delay it? Well, new study by Olay, and Dr Alexa Kimball, a Professor of Dermatology, reveals that we might have been a little too optimistic with our skin’s lifespan.
Yep, after analysing 2000 women of different races over the course of two years, the research found that while “we used to think everything was great until about age 35,” the ageing process actually begins in our mid 20s. Sorry, ladies.
Olay’s Principal Scientist added: “In reality, different cell processes change at each decade, until you start seeing the cumulative effects all together.”
Fear not, though, the brains behind the study went on to outline each stage along with exactly what we can do to delay them. 
Listen closely.. In your 20s, the natural antioxidant production process slows down. Around about this time, we should start incorporating products with replacements such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, green tea extract and fruit acids in them.
But the most shocking part comes next.. Apparently, we should start using them at university graduation age – yes, you heard right, we should start (or should have started) anti-ageing before we’ve even headed into the world of work.
Then, as we hit our 30s and our body’s metabolism slows down, so does the bioenergy of our skin cells. As a result, our skin will start to look tired, so a bit of vitamin B3 will come as a real lifesaver.
From then on, our natural skin cell cycle stops, making way for the real hardcore anti-ageing agents. We’re talking retinol, glycolic acid and some seriously rich moisturisers.

In short, if there’s one thing you take from this, it’s that you can NEVER start anti-ageing too early.
