The Champions League Returns Tonight As Manchester City Look To Beat Sevilla

Manchester City face Sevilla later today in what is sure to be a crunch encounter as they aim to secure their qualification to the round of 16. Manchester City know that a win will definitely boost their fortunes and will mean they can qualify with more draw if Borussia Monchenglabach’s poor Champions League form continues.

Manchester City will be encouraged by their previous encounter with Sevilla at the Etihad stadium where they fortuitously ran away with all three points after a late De Bruyne strike.

Goal shy Manchester United know that to progress from their group, they’ll need to score goals. Against a fast CSKA side, their task appears to be a tall order. Will today be the day that sees Anthony Martial up front or will goal shy Rooney lead the lines of attack today?

Real Madrid and PSG are both top of the table in their respective division and it was quite disappointing that both sides could only manage a goalless draw in their first encounter. Shall we hope for more fireworks tonight?

See you at kick off!
