The Weekend Is Here – Watch The Bumper Sport On DStv SuperSport

It’s finally here! One of the biggest and highly-anticipated sporting weekends is coming to your screens. It’s so big that not only will various SuperSport channels be jam-packed with football action, but DStv will also make two events channels (197 & 198) available to DStv Premium subscribers for viewing ease of all the other sporting action that includes the French Open and Formula One.

 

The moment of truth will come to life when the biggest football clubs go head-to-head simultaneously on various pitches of the Barclays Premier League. Considering the huge interest in the last matches of the league, SuperSport has made every effort to show as many live games as possible on this the final day of the season!

Catch the thrill of the beautiful game on DStv channels with matches between Hull v Man Utd on SS3, Newcastle v West Ham on SS5, Chelsea v Sunderland on SS7 and Man City v Southampton on Maximo 1 while the Arsenal v West Brom and Stoke v Liverpool matches will be accommodated on other DStv channels.

All the build-up and post-match discussions will be available on SuperSport 3 and the broadcast of the matches will commence on these six channels at 15:45 CAT.

It may be the end of a big league but the football action doesn’t end there on the World of Champions! Viewers will still be able to catch other highly contested leagues such as the FA CUP Final on the 30th of May, the Copa Del Rey Final on the 30th May and the UEFA Champions League Final on the 6th of June.

 

That’s not all. High speed and high octane racing is the name of the game in Monaco! The Formula One Monaca Grand Prix qualifier will keep viewers at the edge of their seats as ten teams battle it out on the Circuit de Monaco. SuperSport will broadcast the race on Sunday 24 May at 13:50 CAT on SS6HD/SS6/Maximo2.

What would a big sporting weekend be without some grand slam action?  The 114th edition of the French Open kicks off at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris on Sunday 24 May. Premium subscribers across Africa will see the first match on SS 6 HD at 10:45 am CAT. Defending champions, Rafael Nadal and Maria Sharapova go up against top players in the world in a quest of being crowned 2015 Grand slam champions.
