A Naked Man Falls Through Airport Bathroom Ceiling
According to reports from WCVB, officers responded at 11:58 a.m. to report of a man who entered a women’s bathroom in Terminal C, removed his clothing and climbed into the drop ceiling.
The suspect, Cameron Shenk, 26, of Boston, fell through the drop ceiling and sustained cuts to his head and body. Shenk then fled from the bathroom naked and bleeding, according to police.
Once outside the bathroom, Shenk allegedly assaulted and seriously injured an 84-year-old man. That victim was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
A motive for the bizarre behavior isn’t known.
Shenk was arrested and charged with attempted murder, mayhem, assault and battery on a person over 60, assault and battery on a police officer, lewd and lascivious act and malicious destruction of property over $250.
An officer sustained a minor injury while arresting Shenk.
The first incident occurred less than an hour earlier at Terminal E when police received a report of a disturbance involving someone screaming from inside a BMW with a broken windshield.
Officers located the vehicle at Terminal B and found that Anton Hilton, 52, of Roxbury, had assaulted the 21-year-old female passenger of the car.
Hilton was arrested, and charged with assault and battery and kidnapping.
The female victim refused medical treatment, according to police, and her name was not released.
Both Hilton and Shenk will be held pending release on bail or their arraignment in East Boston District Court.
