Quintessential musician Aramide last week became the newest artiste to sign under music label Baseline Music; home to sensational Pop artiste Saeon, Multi talented musician Skales, and Producer Mr. Chido.

Discovering and nurturing her unique talents of writing and singing from a tender age, she has released remarkable singles like ‘Feeling This Feeling’ with strong lyrics of Love and Friendship; as well as ‘I don’t mind’, an up-tempo piano-laced Jazz rendition which tells off the haters of her relationship; and ‘It’s Over’, a more sober Afro Soul ballad.

The Nigerian Indie Afro-Soul/Jazz artiste Aramide has performed at various events within and outside the country such as Industry Nite Dubai, FAB awards, Trybe Records Olympic UK Tour, Sterling Bank ‘Get Ready For Work Concert’, amidst other top events in and outside the country.

Since taking up music professionally in 2011, the singer and songwriter who also plays the saxophone and guitar has been recognized with nominations from Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA) in the category for Most Promising Female Act to Watch 2013, Chase Awards in the category of Artiste of the Year (Female) and Best Female R&B/Pop Artist 2013.



Blueprint Awards 2013 also nominated her as Best Female POP/R&B Artiste of the Year 2013.
