Christine, Mischief, Black Magic, Ex-O, Morell and Others set to perform at One Mic Naija October Edition

With every One Mic show, things get bigger and better and this October, One Mic brings seven amazing performers together on one stage with the One Mic band backing them all!
One Mic is a live artiste showcase with the aim of bringing fans closer to the music, and artistes closer to their established fan base, and new ones! With artistes like Praiz, Nikki Laoye and Pope having been a part of One Mic, it is definitely the must-go-to live show!
In October, One Mic presents the Independence edition with pop,reggae,hiphop and soul fusions!
BLACK MAGIC
Black magic is a talented artist who combines funk, afrobeat and old school hip-hop in his music. He has dropped his first single “Tomorrow” and followed it up with another single “Rainbow” , one of the hottest tracks released so far this year. His latest track is ‘foreigner’ ft Saeon


CHRISTINE
Christine has been wowing audiences right from school, even winning talent shows back then. She then won Nokia First Chance and has now released a debut album with great tracks like, ”May this be love”, ”Mary Jane” featuring Skales and more. Christine fuses r n b, pop, rock and more for her own distinct sound.
EX-O
Ex-O is a music producer, song writer, artiste and record label owner(Cash records label). He started music professionally as a back up singer. His recent productions include, Knighthouse Records ‘The finest’, Terry tha rapman ‘No love’, Teeto Ceemos (Da freshness mixtape). His single, ‘Blackberry’ is already causing a buzz all over Africa and he just released a mixtape, ”HipHop Speaks”.
MORELL
An rnb singer, song writer, vocal director, and script writer, Morrell has paid his dues to the Nigerian music industry. He is known for his great collabos with Naeto C, Jesse jagz, terry da rapman, rugged man and others. He has performed alongside some international acts like Sean Kingston in lagos, kanye west and Tpain.

MsCHIEF
21 yr old Unilag student who started rapping at the age 16. She is currently signed under the entertainment label Beatboxx Entertainment. She has featured on tracks with Wizkid, Zee, Jahborne, Eva, Skales, Zara and the late Dagrin. Her versatile style covers rapping and singing.
RAYCE
Hailing from Edo state, Nigeria, multu talented Rayce is a Songwriter, Singer and Producer who is signed under the record label BIGDON RECORDS. His genre of music is naija hip hop and his rare ability is demonstrated in his debut album, “GET LIFTED”
And the One Mic special guest performer, SHANK!

SHank first caught peoples’ attention with ”Julie” a song that ruled the airwaves and was a DJ favourite for years. He released his album where he worked with everyone from Akon to DBanj and now, the dance-hall artiste with a pop reggae appeal who has known from childhood that he had a calling in music, has released another banger- ”Salute”.
Shank is not only a fantastic solo artiste, but he has also contributed several hooks for other artistes including Beazy and Kel.

These seven artistes will be backed by the versatile One Mic band at the Independence Edition holding at Browns’ Cafe.

Browns’ Cafe is a great venue as it is spacious with a nice ambience and a great menu.
The audience will not be left out as there will be an Open Mic segment for Music, and Open Mic for comedy… This means even the audience members get a chance to shine!
Guests who also buy tickets early (way before the show), stand to win prizes!

One Mic is hosted by Kel and Kunle KB Bello. The former is a rapper and brand ambassador as well, while KB is a rapper, actor and judge on reality shows.
