NIGERIAN SINGER, WAJE IS A YEAR OLDER TODAY

Born Aituaje Aina Iruobe, Waje is known for her sensational soul lifting music. A singing sensation who started singing in the choir and once sang in Benson Idahosa’s church is talented and there is no doubt about that.

Waje’s strength and resilience as a single mum is a plus, her involvement with NGOS caring for children and funding their education as well as her creation of “Waje’s safe house” also for kids is worthy of emulation. Being one of the judges in the Voice Nigeria, Waje has impacted many young upcoming musicians.
