I’ve heard of groundnut soup and read about different variations of it, from the Cameroonian version to the Liberian version to the numerous Nigerian versions, so when I came across this video of Ireti Osayemi making groundnut soup with Peak milk it got me curious.
All the recipes I’ve come across have no diary element in it and some are spicier than others so how will milk work in a soup, not sauce o soup. My curiosity got me watching the video and I must say before the end I was already planning on getting the ingredients and give it a shot.
