The city of Durban, South Africa, is already in a state of exhilaration with the Durban July, an annual fashion event that brings together top designers, models, celebrities, music stars and high profiled personalities across Africa and beyond.
Organizers of the event have set the theme for this year to be: Leader of the Pack. This theme is inspired by the game of card, so it includes diamonds, hearts, spades and clubs. This means that the glitterati will be decked out in all sorts of outlandish outfits. And dressing to the tune of the theme, attendees were seen in costumes that portrayed The Queen of Hearts and The King of Spades.
Some of African’s top celebrities and media personalities from Nigeria and Ghana have also been invited to grace the occasion; Olosupergal is also live in Durban to bring you up to date activities of the event.
Stars from Nigeria and Ghana include Tiwa Savage, Praiz, AY, Juliet Ibrahim courtesy of SA Tourism; while SA stars like media personalities Bonang Matheba, Thando Thabethe, actress Omuhle Gela and Clement Maosa are also in their finest at the event.
