Taliban Attack Airport In Afghanistan

Two separate suicide bombings have killed 21 persons in Afghanistan today.

One of the attacks was near the defence ministry in the Afghan capital of Kabul while the second attack was at a market in Kunar province.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for both attacks in which 10 of the casualties were civilians.

The Taliban has stepped up attacks in Afghanistan in recent times as the government unsuccessfully tries to combat insurgency.
