Brazilian international, Alexander Pato has agreed a deal in principle to join English side Chelsea. Pato was earlier linked with a move to Anfield before Jurgen Klopp denied interest in the striker.
The Brazilian has agreed a three-year deal at Stamford Bridge and is now just waiting to see if the Stamford Bridge club finalise a deal with Corinthians.
The Brazilian club value Pato at around £10million, but Chelsea wants to haggle down that price or even push for a loan with a view to a permanent move.
Last week, Pato spoke to Willian and third-choice goalkeeper Marco Amelia about moving to England and Chelsea, and the 26-year-old is now hopeful the transfer will be finalised.
