Grand Jury Rules Policeman Won’t Face Charges For The Killing Of Tamir Rice

A Grand Jury in America has decided not to being charges against a white policeman who shot and killed 12 year old Tamir Rice.

12 year old Tamir Rice was shot in November 2014 after an the policeman mistook his toy gun for an actual firearm.

Responding to a 911 call and warned that the weapon Tamir Rice was waving was probably a toy, Officer Timothy Loehmann fired his weapon just minutes after arriving on the scene.

The Grand Jury ruled that charges will not be brought against Officer Loehmann for killing Tamir Rice.
